NASCAR does not fine things logically

NASCAR suspends Musgrave for one race - NASCAR - Yahoo! Sports:
"DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA (TICKER) -- NASCAR on Wednesday suspended Ted Musgrave from competition until July 3 for an on-track altercation during last week's Craftsman Truck Series race in Milwaukee.

Musgrave, the driver of the No. 9 Toyota Tundra, appeared to intentionally ram the nose of his truck into the driver's-side door of rookie Kelly Bires' truck after the two were involved in a crash Friday in the Toyota Tundra Milwaukee 200.

NASCAR officials black-flagged Musgrave immediately following the incident.

In addition to missing this weekend's race at Memphis Motorsports Park, Musgrave was docked 50 points, fined $10,000 and placed on probation until December 31."

So why, when Kyle Bush, in the premier series, runs into Tony Steward's car on pit row and endangers a pit crew member, gets a slap on the hand and told not to do this any more. If Musgrave does not get to race for one race, why did Bush get to continue?

NASCAR needs to get there act together.
